- Boondi – Plain – ½ cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Almond or any non-dairy yogurt – plain – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder – ½ Tsp
- Chat powder – ½ Tsp

- In a bowl add the boondi and water . Soak for 30 minutes. Squeeze the water from boondi and discard the water.
- In another bowl add yogurt and whisk for 2 -3 minutes. Add the red chili powder , chat masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add boondi and mix well.
- Serve with your choice of biryani or paratha.
