Ingredients –
- Navalkol / Kohlrabi – peeled and cut into cubes – 2 cups
- Onion – finely chopped – 1
- Vegetable oil – 1 TBSP
- Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
- Hing Powder – ¼ Tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 Tsp
- Goda Masala – 1 TBSP
- Salt to taste
- Water – 2 TBSP
Method –
- Heat a pan / kadai on medium heat. Add oil. Once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , and hing powder. Add onion and saute till they turn translucent.
- Add turmeric powder , red chili powder , goda masala , salt to taste . Mix well . Add cut navalkol/kohlrabi and mix. Add 1-2 TBSP water . Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes , till the veggies are cooked.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
