Vegan Stuffed Vegetable Paratha Reciepe

Ingredients For Vegan Stuffed Veg Paratha Recipe

  1. 1 cup – whole Wheat flour
  2. 1 cup – mix vegetable of your choice
  3. 2 tbsp – cooking oil
  4. 2 – boiled Potatoes
  5. 2 – Green chillies​
  6. 1 tbsp -coriander cumin powder
  7. 1 tbsp- garam masala
  8. 1 tsp – amchur powder
  9. ​salt to taste
  10. Finely chopped cilantro for garnishing


For the dough:

  1. Take the flour in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix well.
  2. Make a soft dough by adding enough water.
  3. Cover and keep aside.

For the stuffing

  1. Pressure cook the vegetables and potatoes for 3 whistles.
  2. Mash the potatoes and vegetables , add finely chopped green chilies, coriander cumin powder , garam masala , amchur powder , salt , a teaspoon of oil and mix well.

For the Paratha:

  1.  Make a small ball from the dough, flatten it a bit and place 2 tbsp of the stuffing on it. Turn up the edges of the dough so that the stuffing is concealed completely.
  2. Dust the ball with some dry flour and gently roll the ball with a rolling pin, if you press it too hard then the filling may come out.
  3.  Make a paratha of medium thickness (about the same thickness as a pancake).
  4.  Then dry roast on a griddle/skillet/non-stick pan on medium heat. Flip and apply little oil or butter on both sides, and cook till both sides are golden brown and crisp.
