Ingredients For Vegan Sabudana Kheer –

  1. Sabudana/Tapioca Pearls – ¼ cup
  2. Non -Dairy milk – 3 cups
  3. Sugar – ½ cup
  4. Saffron – 1 Tsp – mixed in 1 TBSP milk
  5. Charoli – 1 TBSP
  6. Salt – pinch

How to Make Delicious Vegan Sabudana Kheer Recipe : Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Soaking Sabudana – Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water. Soak it in 1 cup hot milk for 45 minutes.
  2. Kheer – In a pan boil 2 cups of non dairy milk. Once boiling , add soaked sabudana along with the milk. Mix well. Cook it on low flame for 10-12 minutes or till sabudana is completely cooked. Add saffron , sugar , charoli, pinch of salt and mix well. Cook on low flame for another 3-4 minutes.
