Ingredient For Vegan Lasun Sev Recipe

  1. Garlic cloves – 8-10
  2. Water –
  3. Besan / Gram flour – 2 cups
  4. Ajwain / carom seeds – 2 Tsp
  5. Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
  6. Red Chili powder – 1 Tsp
  7. Coriander – cumin seeds powder – 1 Tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Vegetable oil – hot – ⅓ cup
  10. Warm water – 1 cup
  11. Vegetable oil for deep frying.

 How To Make Lasun Sev Recipe

  1. In a grinder add garlic cloves and 1 Tbsp water and grind into a smooth paste.
  2. In a bowl add besan , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander cumin seeds powder , ajwain , salt to taste. Mix well. Add hot oil and mix well.
  3. Add the garlic paste to the mixture and mix well. Add warm water 1 TBSP at a time and knead into a sticky dough.
  4. In a kadai , heat the oil on medium flame .
  5. Once oil is hot. Using a sev maker , shape the dough in thin noodle shape and deep fry till golden brown .
