Vegan Fruit Custard

This Recipe is free from :

☒Peanuts

☒sesame

Ingredients

Soy Milk / any non-dairy milk - 2 cups (500 ml)

Custard powder - 2 TBSP

Sugar - 4 TBSP

Cut mix  fruits of your choice - 1 cup

Method

  1. Take 2 Tbsp of milk and keep aside.

  2. Heat the rest of milk in a pan. Bring to nice boil.

  3. Add custard powder to 2 Tbsp milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.

  4. Once milk starts boiling and bubbling up add sugar and mix well.

  5. Add the custard powder mixture and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.

  6. Let the mixture cook till it gets nice thick consistency like a pancake batter.

  7. Cool down the mixture and then keep refrigerated.

  8. To serve add cut mixed fruits in a bowl. Add the custard mixture on top.

  9. Serve chilled.
