Ingredients For Vegan Banana Bread

  1. Over ripe Banana – 4
  2. Plain flour – 1 cup
  3. Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
  4. Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
  5. white sugar – 1/2 cup
  6. brown sugar – 1/2 cup
  7. baking powder – 1 Tsp
  8. baking soda – 1 TSp
  9. vanilla extract – 1 Tsp
  10. Walnut / chocolate chips – 1/2 cup (optional)

How To Make Vegan Banana Bread

  1. Add the Dry Ingredients – plain flour , wheat flour, baking powder , baking soda mix well.
  2.  Grind the white sugar and brown sugar to powder.
  3.  Grind Banana’s to puree.
  4.  Add both sugars and vegetable oil to banana puree.
  5.  Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6.  Whisk it all together for a minute , add vanilla extract and mix well.
  7.  Add the walnuts or chocolate chips mix well.
  8.  Grease a 9 inch bread pan with oil and dust with flour. Alternatively line it with parchment paper.
  9.  Pour the mixture in pan.
  10.  Preheat oven at 350 deg Fahrenheit.
  11.  Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes , until a skewer comes out clean.
