Vegan Banana Bread

This is one of the family favorites. Prepared in less time and efforts. Gone within seconds.

Ingredients

 

Over ripe Banana - 4

Plain flour -  1 cup

Wheat flour - 1/2 cup

Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup

white sugar - 1/2 cup

brown sugar - 1/2 cup

baking powder - 1 Tsp

baking soda   - 1 TSp

vanilla extract -  1 Tsp

 

Walnut / chocolate chips  - 1/2 cup  (optional)

Method

 

1. Add the Dry Ingredients - plain flour , wheat flour, baking powder , baking soda mix well.

2. Grind the white sugar and brown sugar to powder.

3. Grind Banana's to puree.

4. Add both sugars and vegetable oil to banana puree.

5. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

6. Whisk it all together for a minute , add vanilla extract and mix well.

7. Add the walnuts or chocolate chips mix well.

 

8. Grease a 9 inch bread pan with oil and dust with flour. Alternatively line it with parchment paper.

9. Pour the mixture in pan.

10.  Preheat oven at 350 deg Fahrenheit. 

11. Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes , until a skewer comes out clean.
