For the Paratha:

  3. Dust the ball with some dry flour to prevent sticking and gently roll it out using a rolling pin. Be cautious not to apply too much pressure, as it may cause the filling to come out.
  4. Roll the dough into a medium-thickness paratha, similar to the thickness of a pancake.
  5. Heat a griddle, skillet, or non-stick pan over medium heat. Dry roast the paratha on the heated surface.
  6. Flip the paratha and apply a small amount of oil or butter on both sides. Continue cooking until both sides turn golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove the paratha from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining dough and stuffing.
