Ingredients -

 

  1. All Purpose Flour (Maida) -  1 cup

  2. Water - ½ cup

  3. Sugar - ½ cup

  4. Vegan Ghee - ½ cup  - I used Dalda

  5. Oil for frying

Method - 

  1. In a round bottom pan, heat some water. Add sugar, ghee and mix everything. Let it come to a boil & switch off the flame.  Transfer the mixture into another bowl and allow it to cool down completely.

  2. Add maida to the mixture and make a dough. Take small portions of the dough and roll out medium size roti. Cut them into small square or diamond shaped pieces.

  3. Deep fry them till golden brown in color in medium flame. Once done, take them out on kitchen towel. Cool them and store them in an airtight container.
