- Sabudana/Tapioca Pearls - 1/4 cup
- Non -Dairy milk - 3 cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Saffron - 1 Tsp - mixed in 1 TBSP milk
- Charoli - 1 TBSP
- Salt - pinch
How to Make Delicious Vegan Sabudana Kheer Recipe : Step-by-Step Instructions
- Soaking Sabudana - Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water. Soak it in 1 cup hot milk for 45 minutes.
- Kheer - In a pan boil 2 cups of non dairy milk. Once boiling , add soaked sabudana along with the milk. Mix well. Cook it on low flame for 10-12 minutes or till sabudana is completely cooked. Add saffron , sugar , charoli, pinch of salt and mix well. Cook on low flame for another 3-4 minutes.
