Rasmalai is a popular Indian dessert made with soft and spongy cottage cheese balls, soaked in a sweet and creamy milk syrup, flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts. This vegan version of the classic recipe uses non-dairy milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk, and replaces the cottage cheese with almond or soy milk solids, making it suitable for those who follow a vegan diet.

- Make small balls out of it and press gently to flattened it.
- In a pot add water and add 1 cup sugar. Boil it.
- After boil, add cheese balls and cook on high flame. We do not want to make sugar syrup , keep adding warm water to liquify it.
