  2. Roasted Dalia Split - 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilies - 3-4
  4. Garlic - 2 cloves
  5. Tamarind Concentrate - 1 TSP
  6. Water to adjust consistency
  7. Salt to taste

For Tempering -

  1. Cumin seeds - 1 TSP
  2. Vegetable oil 1 TSP
  3. Whole red Chilies - 3-4
  4. Hing powder - 1/4 Tsp

  1. Mix coconut , dalia , green chillies ,garlic cloves , Tamarind concentrate , salt and grind it to a smooth paste. Add water to adjust consistency.
