  • ¼ Tsp Hing powder
  • 8-10 Curry leaves

  • 1 Tsp Jaggery
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Vegetable oil

Method:

  • Heat the Pan:

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, hing powder, curry leaves, and roughly chopped tomatoes. Mix well.
