  • Vegetable oil – ½ tsp

  • Salt to taste

Red – Beetroot Puri

  • Beetroot – 1 small

  • Wheat flour – ½ cup

  • Coriander seeds powder – ½ tsp

  • Cumin seeds powder – ½ tsp

  • Carrom seeds (ajwain) – ½ tsp

  • Vegetable oil – ½ tsp

  • Salt to taste

Yellow – Turmeric Puri

  • Wheat flour – ½ cup

  • Coriander seeds powder – ½ tsp

  • Cumin seeds powder – ½ tsp

  • Carrom seeds (ajwain) – ½ tsp

  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

  • Vegetable oil – ½ tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep frying
