- Coriander - finely chopped
- Salt to taste

- Bread slice - 2
- Onion - finely chopped
- Tomato - finely chopped
- Tamarind - Dates chutney

How to Make Homemade Vegan Aloo Toast Recipe Step-by-Step Instructions
- For Stuffing - Mash or grate the boiled potatoes. Add turmeric powder , red chili powder , garam masala , salt to taste , finely chopped cilantro. Mix well.
- On the bread apply vegan butter on both sides. Apply a generous quantity of stuffing on one side of the bread.
- Heat a griddle or pan , Put the bread with stuffing side up . Roast till it gets golden brown . Take the bread off the pan on a chopping board.
- Cut the toast in half. Garnish with finely chopped onion , tomatoes , finely chopped cilantro , tamarind dates, chutney and sev. Serve hot with your choice chutney or ketchup.
