- Tomato – 2 – finely sliced lengthwise
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 TBSP
- Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 TSP
- Garam masala powder – 1 TBSP
- Hing powder – ¼ Tsp
- Vegetable oil – 2 TBSP
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped cilantro for garnishing
