  1. Rajgira Atta  -  ½  cup

  2. Sugar -  ½   cup

  3. Veg Oil - ½  cup

  4. water - 1 cup

  5. cardamom powder - 1 Tsp  

  6. Charoli - ½ TBSP - Optional

  7. Melon seeds - ½ TBSP - Optional

Method - 


  1. Sugar Syrup - In a saucepan, add sugar and water. Mix well and keep it on medium flame to boil. Once water starts boiling and all the sugar is melted, add cardamom powder and mix well. 

  2. In another saucepan, add Veg OIl. Let it warm up. Then add rajgira atta. Saute till the rajgira gets nice brown and releases nutty flavor. Add charoli , melon seeds as per choice and saute for a minute.

  3. Add the sugar syrup and mix well till all syrup is absorbed and halwa gets a nice moist consistency.
