This Recipe is free from :
Pineapple - cut - 2 cups
Water - ¼ cup
Sugar - ¼ cup
Nutmeg powder - ¼ Tsp ( Optional)
Saffron / Kesar - ½ Tsp
Salt - ⅛ Tsp
In a saucepan or pot add pineapple and water. Cover and cook till the pineapples are nicely cooked . About 20-25 minutes on medium to low flame.
Puree the pineapples using a hand blender.
Add the nutmeg powder , saffron and salt. Mix well and cook till all the water is absorbed.
Add sugar and mix well. After adding sugar pineapple leaves water. Mix well and cook till the water is absorbed and it gets a Jam like consistency .
