Panha / Raw Mango Drink

Ingredients

 1. big raw mango -  1 cup 
 2. jaggery -  1 cup
 3. sugar  - 1/2 cup
 4. salt to taste

 5. cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp
 6. saffron for Garnishing
 

Method

 

  1. Take a big raw mango

  2. Cook the raw mango. you can pressure cook it

  3. Take out the pulp

  4. Measure the pulp with cup

  5. Take double the quantity of jaggery .

  6. Mix pulp jaggery sugar.

  7. Add half tea spoon salt.

  8. Now dilute it as per your taste.

  9. At least five glasses of water will be needed for the perfect taste.

  10. Add saffron and cardamum as per taste.

  11. Serve cold.
