Vegan Mango CheeseCake

  1. Graham crackers  - 2

  2. Vegan butter - melted - 2 TSP

  3. Vegan / non-dairy Cream cheese - ¼ cup

  4. Powdered sugar - ¼ cup

  5. Mango pulp - 2 TBSP

  6. Vegan whipped cream - ¼ cup


Method - 


  1. In a grinder , add graham crackers. Grind then into a fine powder. Remove the cracker powder  in a bowl . Add melted vegan butter and mix well. 

  2. Take a cheesecake base or bowl in which you want to set the cheesecake. Add the cracker mixture. Press well and make sure that the mixture sets in. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. In a  bowl add vegan cream cheese , powdered sugar , mango pulp and vegan whipped cream. Grind into a smooth paste.

  4. Pour the mango mixture on the set cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours to set the cheesecake.
