Ingredients For Vegan Ladi Pav Recipe

  1. Maida / All purpose flour / gluten free flour – 3 cups
  2. Non dairy milk / water – warm – 1 + ¼ cup
  3. Sugar – 2 Tsp
  4. Yeast – 2 + ¼ Tsp
  5. Salt – 1 + ½ Tsp
  6. Vegetable oil – 2 TBSP

Method –

  1. In a bowl add 1 cup warm non dairy milk or warm water , sugar and yeast. Mix well . Keep aside for 10 minutes .
  2. Add all purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Knead for at least 10 minutes. Till you get a nice soft dough.
  3. Add 2 TBSP vegetable oil and again knead for 5 minutes. Cover and rest the dough for at least an hour.
  4. Dough raises almost double its size. Knead again . Divide the dough into lemon shape balls of equal size.
  5. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil. Place the dough balls. Brush them with non dairy milk or water. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Dough ball rises almost twice in size. Preheat an oven at 420 deg farenheit . Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
  7. Brush with vegetable oil. Cover with moist cloth and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  8. Enjoy the fresh , warm Dinner rolls .
