Method
- Take 6 inch bundt pan or one that fits in your insta pot. Grease it with vegetable oil and leave.
- Mix the dry ingredients all purpose flour , baking powder . Sieve them through a sieve to make sure there are no lumps.
- Mix the wet ingredients apple sauce , sugar , vegetable oil , almond or non dairy milk . blend them together using a hand blender.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and again blend with hand blender for just a minute or so , just to make sure there are no lumps. Do not over blend or else the cake gets less softer.

- Place the cake pan on trivet. Close the lid and steam to sealing.
- Start the cake mode. Cook for 40 minutes.
- Let the steam release naturally. Remove the cake pan . Let it cool down for a minute. Remove the aluminium foil.
- Reverse the cake pan on a plate and remove from the pan . Enjoy the Vanilla tutti-frutti cake.
