  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Oil for frying

  1. In a bowl, mix Gluten-Free Atta with grated boiled potato, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, Kasuri Methi, salt, and 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Gradually add water to form a thick dough. Avoid adding too much water at once.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into puris.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the puris until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil on a tissue paper and serve hot.
