 Bhindi Stir Fry Ingredients 

  1. Bhindi / Okra – Medium -15-20 – cut into small pieces
  2. Vegetable Oil – 2 TBSP
  3. Hing Powder – ½ Tsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
  5. Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
  6. Cumin powder – 1 Tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
  8. Lemon juice – 1 TBSP
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves, chopped – for Garnishing

How To Make Bhindi Stir Fry Step By Step Instructions

  1. In a pan , heat 2 TBSP oil on medium heat. Once hot , add hing powder. Add the cut bhindi. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and saute for another 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add dry masalas , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well and saute for another 5-6 minutes , till the bhindi gets a nice crispy texture.
  3. Serve hot with Roti of your choice . Makes a good choice for a side dish with curd rice or lemon rice.
