Besan - Nachani Ladoo

Ingredients

  1. Besan / Chickpea flour -  1 cup 

  2. Nachni / Ragi flour -  ½ cup

  3. Powdered sugar - 1 and ½  cup

  4. Vegetable oil - ½  cup

  5. Cardamom powder - 1 Tsp

  6. Raisins - 1 TBSP

Methods

1. To a wok add vegetable oil. Warm it up. 

2. Add besan / chickpea flour. Saute on low flame till it turns golden brown and releases nutty flavor.

3.  Let the mixture cool down. Once warm add sugar , cardamom powder , raisins. Mix well.

4. Make into small or medium size balls . Optionally garnish with your choice almond or cashew nut .
