Ingredients: For Vegan Aloo Toast Recipe

  1. Potatoes – boiled – 2
  2. Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
  3. Red chili powder – ½ Tsp
  4. Coriander cumin seeds powder – 1 Tsp
  5. Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
  6. Coriander – finely chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Vegan Butter
  9. Bread slice – 2
  10. Onion – finely chopped
  11. Tomato – finely chopped
  12. Tamarind – Dates chutney
  13. Sev

How to Make Homemade Vegan Aloo Toast Recipe Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. For Stuffing – Mash or grate the boiled potatoes. Add turmeric powder , red chili powder , garam masala , salt to taste , finely chopped cilantro. Mix well.
  2. On the bread apply vegan butter on both sides. Apply a generous quantity of stuffing on one side of the bread.
  3. Heat a griddle or pan , Put the bread with stuffing side up . Roast till it gets golden brown . Take the bread off the pan on a chopping board.
  4. Cut the toast in half. Garnish with finely chopped onion , tomatoes , finely chopped cilantro , tamarind dates, chutney and sev. Serve hot with your choice chutney or ketchup.
