Ingredients - 

 

  1. Potato - boiled - 1 

  2. Cilantro - finely chopped 

  3. Ginger - garlic paste - 1 Tsp

  4. Green chili paste  - 1 Tsp

  5. Turmeric powder - ½ Tsp

  6. Coriander-cumin powder  - 1 Tsp

  7. Whole wheat flour -  ½ cup

  8. Salt to taste .

  9. Water as needed . 

  10. Vegetable oil - as needed.

Method - 

 

  1. In a bowl add boiled potato and smash them.  Add cilantro , ginger garlic paste , green chili paste , turmeric powder , coriander-cumin powder , salt to taste and Mix well.

  2. Add ½ cup whole wheat flour and add water as needed and knead a soft dough. Apply some vegetable oil to dough , cover and rest for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Take a lemon size ball of dough. Roll it into a circle of around 8 inches diameter. 

  4. Dry roast the paratha on a griddle/skillet/non-stick pan on medium heat.

  5. Then flip and apply little oil or butter on both sides, and cook till both sides are golden brown .

  6. Serve hot with chutney  or roll and pack for lunch box.
