  • Green chilies – finely chopped – 3-4
  • Curry leaves – 7-8
  • Sugar – 1 Tsp
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Salt to taste

  • Wash millets thoroughly. Add water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
  • In another pan, heat 1 TBSP of oil. Add mustard seeds, let them splutter. Add Chana dal, Urad dal, cumin seeds, hing powder, green chilies, ginger, and curry leaves. Sauté for 30 seconds.
